Restore user permissions for user folder

Short story is i lost user permissions from the windows user (folder) I'm on and i need to restore them.

I have windows 10 on a ssd nvme m.2 slot and another windows 10 installed on an hdd. I was on win 10 hdd and i accessed the user folder from win 10 ssd, it prompted me that i need permissions to see the contents of the folder and i accepted. After some minutes i disconnected the win 10 hdd from the pc and loged in on win10 ssd. My icons were replaced with blanks but i fixed that, the problems that i have left are that both firefox and chrome don't work correctly, firefox says that an instance is already open and can't launch, which is not true and chrome says I'm in incognito mode when trying to watch Netflix which is also not true. Another problem is that I can't change my desktop wallpaper because it says i dont have permission to the download folder.

So Alex is the user with the problem and to the right I've granted full user permissions to it but I still have the same problem, can't change wallpaper and the problem with the browsers. when I try to change the wallpaper it says

I'm sure there are many more problems that will happen in the future if I don't restore the permissions to what it used to be. That being that the user (Alex) should have default permissions to the folder it was created when the user profile was created when installing windows.

    Hello Bancai,

If you like, you might see if using the "Reset Permissions" context menu added by the tutorial below may be able to reset them for you for this folder.
