Items, (Files and folders), in the ProgramFiles / ProgramFiles(x86) folders are owned by the trustedinstaller System user, which sits above the normal administrator in the Windows 10 Security system permissions so the Hidden Administrator is usually required to access and manipulate things here

I just tried it, and i was able to delete most of the useless folders that i could find, but i still got a folder left called shared files in my users folder. It says that i need permission to delete it, even though im already signed in with windows own administrator account.
