Items, (Files and folders), in the ProgramFiles / ProgramFiles(x86) folders are owned by the trustedinstaller System user, which sits above the normal administrator in the Windows 10 Security system permissions so the Hidden Administrator is usually required to access and manipulate things here

I have tried that already. Although logging into the hidden administrator account doesnt seem to work, as windows will simply log me into a temporary account instead.
