Your Microsoft Account is out of date.

    This Notice keeps popping up.

I don't care anything about my Microsoft Account.

How can I stop these notices.

    Hi Don

Have you tried signing in to your account.

    account.microsoft.com

You might also close your account.

I would not recommend this. I assume you are using a local account.

You also don't use this for mail, Office 365, the Store, sync across machines or Skype.

Most likely culprit is Time & Date settings not in sync with the time server. Has to do with Mail & Calendar, most likely Calendar. If you are using a Local Account, not a Microsoft.com account, you should not be getting that error. If you are logging in on a Domain with a Microsoft.com account, you can get this error.
