I purchased a used tablet. The seller reinstalled a clean version of Windows 10 Pro. I used a MS account to login . I renamed the Tablet from the original Tablet7 to another name. However the User Folder in C drive is still named Tablet7. ie C:\Users\Tablet7 . How do I change it to C:\Users\New Name ? tks

There other ways but all I do is create a new Administrator account restart and log in to the new account and delete the old one.
Yes, do that. Consider keeping the old admin account as a backup account in case you ever have problems with your main admin account - or delete the old account and create another backup admin account. I have a user account for routine PC use since your account has greater protection against malware from the internet.
Do I create a new admin account as local account first , then sign in with MS account?
What happens to the data in the Tablet7 ? I assume it wont transfer to the new admin account ? Tks
