New User Full Admin - Auto Log in

    Win 10 pro

How do I create a new user account with full admin rights. Then make it so that when I switch on the laptop, that account appears on the welcome screen first and logs in automatically (without the need for a password every time)

    Asus Pu511a 4gb ram core i5

Isn't it in the Accounts area on the System Settings? Under the Family & Other People section. The option for full admin should be in that area when creating the said account.

Edit: After you checked the System Settings if you do want to login automatically follow this guide: Sign in User Account Automatically at Windows 10 Startup | Tutorials I think it'll help you out.

"when I switch on the laptop, that account appears on the welcome screen first and logs in automatically (without the need for a password every time)"

Assuming you want Local account w/o email sign-in. NOTE: last User appears first on Welcome screen, not configurable. Go to All settings/Accounts/Family & other users/Add someone else to this PC. After adding, verify under 'Other users' and use 'Change account type' to change to Admin acct. Follow screens -

If you want this new User to use a MS account, sign-in and go to accounts page and use 'Sign in with MS account' option. Much easier than adding during account setup. Good Luck.

Isn't that what I said in my post to the original person? That link links to the same thread which I've posted after editing my post.
