Screen Time is not working in Family Options. I everything suggested in the Microsoft troubleshooter:
- Signed into my son's account.
- Made sure Windows is updated.
- Restarted the computer.
- The "Blocked" option for his account doesn't work either, it still allows everything without any restrictions.
- His account is a standard account.

Just to verify, do you have Use one schedule for all devices turned on to help make sure your scheduled screen time is applied to all his devices?

I've noticed that it may sometimes take 24 hours after adding a child for everything to sync. If it's been that long, you might see if removing and adding the child to your family group again may help.
When signed in to his account on the PC, check the running processes to see if the "family...." type processes are running. They are responsible for enforcing Family restrictions.
Double check to make sure that his Microsoft account is still added as a child member of your Family, and that this is the same Microsoft account being signed in to on the computer.
