hey guys i am signed in with a microsoft account...
i changed my profile pic and it changed everywhere...
now see the following attachment...
i tried reinstalling cortana....signed out and in with local account and back to microsoft account...
whenever i change profile photo this screen doesnt...

the photo their is old...its showing my previous profile photo
somewhere their is a cache because when i open the store or news my photo is fine then when i click it use this account has the old one....

Hey. Thanks for the reply but it’s not that. My profile pic comes from my Microsoft account, that folders empty for me. My account picture is synced from the account.
