Login password required after power saving shut off, why?

Whilst using netplwiz I have disabled password requirement.
(disabled Users must enter a username and password to use this computer)
This works fine at booting, or restarting.
After a 'power saving-shut off' (probably a sign off?) and reactivating the laptop, I need to enter the password again.

    How to solve that?

    It is a laptop.
Maybe it has something to do with 'Sleep'?

    Thanks.

    Ah, right!

    Wonderful, many thanks indeed.
My desktop all powersaving settings are off and everything is set to max. power/speed, whatever.
With the laptop I enter the world of power saving settings...

    Again, thanks.
