    User accounts

Hello all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Here's my situation, when i start up my Toshiba laptop and the lock screen shows up, it starts with a user name "sam" (which is my name) and asks for a password to which i dont know because i didnt create it. I HAD a user account which i knew the credentials but decided to delete it. So...now when i get out of log in screen i have the option to log in the Administrator account. I HAVE to log in as the Admin to even get into my laptop.
Once logged in, i try to find that user account and delete it so i can create a new one. Problem is...."sam" is nowhere to be found. I hope I'm explaining it correctly . I'll try to provide a screenshot if i can

ok...i see how this goes. i found the solution after reading more posts. i got it. BUT>>>>>>some one tell me this

after i fixed the problem i described in my original post, i shut my laptop down for the night. i opened it this morning and guess what? it wanted to log in to an Administator account (that said the password is incorrect) so i went back, and now there are THREE optional accounts. first my user account that i just created "sam stewart" then the Administrator account that doesnt require a password then the other Aministrator account that say the password is incorrect when i try to log into it

why TWO Admin accounts? WHY did it just pop up this morning? i restarted my computer at least a dozen times last night and it worked perfect. lol any takers.User accounts-20181004_095436.jpg
