Windows Automatic Update Now Password Not Recognized

Yesterday evening on 09/03/2018 a WINDOWS AUTOMATIC UPDATE shut down my Lenovo laptop. After rebooting and continuing the update process about 3 times, on its own, I finally saw the screen saver and the box for entering my password. But, when I entered my password it was no longer accepted.

This happened a lot when it was new, after each WINDOWS AUTOMATIC UPDATE and I was able to get it back. But now, I when I hit any of the Boot Options NOTHING happens. I can only shut down.

Local password to get to windows. I see the Lenovo Screen then it goes to the windows log on screen with my screen saver and password box. I enter my password and the error message pops up telling me the password is incorrect. I selected change my password but that requires a disk.

That is impossible. I cannot log into windows because my password has been deleted after a Windows Automatic Update. I can only get to the boot page which offers me 4 options to boot my laptop BUT none of them works. When I select and hit enter absolutely NOTHING happens.

After seeing The Lenovo logo page, I am automatically taken to the windows login page which requires the password that the Windows Automatic Update DELETED!! I cannot run as administrator nor will it accept a disk or usb to restart windows.

Make sure Caps Lock is off. Also, if your password contains numbers, make sure that Numlock is enabled.

I cannot get to the cmd. I cannot get beyond the enter my password box. My password was deleted by Windows Automatic Update. I can go no further than that.

I have no way to get to safe mode. I only see the Lenovo logo on a black screen then the password page. I was able to go the boot options BUT, nothing happened when I selected and hit enter on any of the 4 choices. I had to hold down the on/off button to get away from the blue boot option page. So, at restart I only see the Lenovo logo on a black screen then it goes to enter password.
