I just tried this on 3 computers that all have Win10 Home. On none of them does the 'Administrators' show at top of the User Accounts list. It seems, at some point, you enabled the built-in admin and never disabled it. Did you ever name your Admin ? This may be why 'Winaero' shows up on log-in screen. In Settings/Accounts/Your info post screenshot (cover personal email info). PS; your personal email info is still showing on your screenshots in 2 posts.

Since you don't have Pro, you can use this tute, Option Two to try to change Local acct -
Allow or Prevent User to Change Password in Windows 10Here is another covering some other scenarios -
Reset Windows 10 Local Admin Password Using Command Prompt
Winaero was not from my PC but a random photo off the internet to illustrate what I wanted to do.

As of now, I'm not sure what my password is & afraid to activate password required at Windows boot without knowing it first. If, by chance, it's the same as my Microsoft Account then I know what it is. Thought it best to ask first before really screwing things up! And, thanks for the email heads up. I deleted those post.
