User Account Control Being a Pain in the @$$!

Hello PRem,

You might see if you may be able to enable the built-in Administrator account using Option Five in the tutorial below with a command prompt at boot.

If successful, you can sign in to this "Administrator" account, and change your account's type back to administrator.

Thank you for responding, I've already figured out the problem by going into the safe mode via the Recovery restart option in Settings and then using command prompt in safe mode to open "netplwiz" to correct the "Local/Administrator" user problem.

But in doing so i ended up creating another "Administrator" Account and at the sign in option i have now two accounts One with my name and the other as "Administrator".

So now i have two questions.

1)How do i keep only one account as a Administrator (Full Control).
2)Remove the second "Administrator" Account.

If the other account is the built-in "Administrator" account, you can just disable it to remove it from the sign-in screen.
