I will try this:
- Install Windows in other partition
- Bypass NFTS permissions: reddit: the front page of the internet
- Run ICACLS C: /T /Q /C /RESET

A simpler way is to convert the drive to fat32 which removes permissions and you can convert back to ntfswith built in widows cmd How to Convert/Change NTFS to FAT32 without Data Loss - EaseUS
If I convert to FAT32, convert back to NFTS (reseting the permissions), there are any chance of the system boot normally? And my files over 4 GB?
You could lleave it as fat32 but convert to ntfs is bomb proof as its a MS tool
