    Unable to Log In

This was happening before and now it's happening again and I'm getting very annoyed.
When booting up after the system's been off for a while Windows 190 boots into a temporary account and tells me it can't log in.
I sign out and back in and everything's ok.

Why does it show my login screen with my name and my avatar but can't log in???

Not sure if it is related but my system fails to start (when it's been off for a while) when I have 'Turn on fast startup' checked. It goes to the blue screen wiht the Windows logo and stops there. No activity icon or nothing.

Doesn't Microsoft have a fix for this yet. I searched the web and it seems I'm not the only one having this issue.
After praising Windows 10 for so long and now I've come to the conclusion that this product sucks.

    Any help will be appreciated,
    James

I printed it out, but why we need to go through this because of a problem with Windows 10???
Do they think we owe them something for the free version of Windows 10????

Does anyone have a Microsoft support phone number???

I'd really like to have a few words with these people.

Have you run a full check on your drive with chkdsk c: / r and created a new admin user before you get locked out?

I tried running chkdsk c:/r on a reboot and it remained at 10% for a half hour.
I then restsarted and skipped the chkdsk.
Is it normal for chkdsk to take a long time?

The /r is very intensive and may take a long time but it's essential you let it run to find and correct problems it normally only takes a long time if it's finding errors

    chkdsk didn't help.
It took over an hour and a half.
I spend more time troubleshooting this piece of garbage.
    This is getting sickening!

Did you create a new admin account and try that before your locked out. These problemshow the value of using free disk imaging to image your system regulary as it can then be recovered as it was in 20 mins

I do have imaging software. I create an image every Saturday. About a week ago or less I restored an image which was a clean install of Windows 10 (1709) because the same issue was occurring.
It was fine up 'til today.
So, today, after trying check disk, I restored the image I created Saturday.
After restoring it I shut down, waited few minutes, and restarted.
    No problem.
I'll see what it's like in the morning.

I suspect it will come back very soon. Im still struggling a bit with this issue after removing all UWP Apps and the store.

I had brand new installs have the same problem after abfew reboots.
