How do I change a local user account password?

    The very fact you need a support link shows it's a poorly thought-through design. It should be click-click-click. and done.

    Hence why you can customize it to how you want instead of using the default "Settings".

    Aside from Brink's 'Create Control Panel' shortcut, you can easily do same and more from Start Menu/ Windows System (open file location will let you make a desktop shortcut vs Tile, like me) -

    I managed to pin it to the quick start menu (I think that's what it's called). What an illogical design, it should be there to begin with, or the Start menu.
