    I find that this happens almost every time I restart Windows 11.
    I'll try this AutoEndTasks.

    I also read about a WaitToKillServiceTimeout tweak. I'm not sure if it works for this problem.


    Edit: This AutoEndTasks tweak doesn't appear to do anything in Windows 11.
    I still have to click the "Restart Anyway" button.
