How to Mute and Unmute a Tab in Microsoft Edge in Windows 10
Microsoft Edge is a new web browser that is available across the Windows 10 device family. It is designed for Windows 10 to be faster, safer, and compatible with the modern Web.
Starting with Windows 10 build 17035, a new experience for muting a tab playing audio in Microsoft Edge has been introduced.
Starting with Windows 10 build 17704, Microsoft updated Microsoft Edge so that even if a tab is not actively playing audio you will now be able to preemptively mute it from the context menu when right-clicking the tab.
This tutorial will show you how to mute and unmute a tab playing audio in Microsoft Edge for your account in Windows 10.
