Well, I followed Kari's tutorial. I mounted the iso, copied the install.wim to a folder on my hard drive, modified it by adding the latest cumulative update with Powershell script. The problem arises when trying to delete the install.wim file from the mounted iso and replace it with the modified install.wim. It will not allow deleting and it doesn't have any security tab in properties. All of my drives are formatted with NTFS, seems silly to have to change the format to fat32.
Kari suggested converting the folder with all of the copied files and modified install.wim back to an iso. I have PowerIso and Iso Buster, I'm sure there are other ways too, and Kari even made a script to do it. Just wish I knew why I can't delete the install.wim from the mounted iso??
