Just to add to this. If you wanted a bit of extra information on .NET Framework then run this in an Admin cmd prompt . . .
    Code:
    dir %windir%\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v* /b | findstr "v[1-9]"
Just thought you might find this useful at some stage.

Think we're getting a bit into the weeds here, but, what is it that this is telling me?

I just thought that seeing .NET Framework was mentioned that I would post a little bit of additional information that may or may not be of interest.

Has anyone noticed what happens when you leave your PC untouched (no mouse, no keyboard) for 3 or 4 minutes? Furious disk activity, every time.

Perhaps one of these tasks is responsible for that ridiculous behavior, but I've never figured out which one.

You could set up Task Manager to sort by disk usage, then see what processes are responsible for the high disk usage after 3-4 minutes untouched

The reference material below from Microsoft may help to convert any Task Scheduler task to a maintenance task.
