Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
net user test /add
Post an image into this thread.
Reboot and logon with the new user named test > report findings into this thread
I've actually tried restore health and scan now a few days ago and it didn't do anything. it's not a massive deal. I've found shortcuts to take a screencap...though I have to do get to taskmanager through right clicking the little downward pointing v shape in the start/toolbar (where you hover your mouse over it and it says show hidden icons.)
When available please indicate what happened with the new user named test.
