Starting with Windows 10 build 16193, Windows Firewall has been renamed to Windows Defender Firewall.

Windows Defender Firewall is designed to help prevent hackers or malicious software from gaining access to your PC through the Internet or a network.

You must be signed in as an administrator to add or remove the context menu.

    7. If you have File Explorer open, then you could either navigate to another location or close and reopen File Explorer to apply.

    8. You can now delete the downloaded .reg file if you like.

    That's it,

You can click on the "Allowed Apps" item in the context menu to do all of that.
