Windows 10: Windows 10 ISO Download
Here's something else you find a bit useful for how to go about installing NetFramework on 10. How to install the .Net Framework in Windows 10
Often with previous versions for the most part seeing too new a version trying to go on would end up seeing some type of error like with 3.51 for 7 where I would then have to go and look up the 2.0 download. Once the oldest available was found and put on I would then work my way up to the latest in order to solve that type of issue. This blog however instructs how to see it go on without being a download off of the web when running into similar errors.
Update: Reinstalled two of the Win 10 updates prior to Anniversary issue - no go, same problem with HD Graphics Driver.
Rather than try again with the next Win10 build, went to Intel website (mfr of chip with onboard graphics) and looked to see if they have any updated drivers for Win 10. They don't.
However, I tried their HD Graphics Driver for Win 8 (didn't have an 8.1 version) 64bit, and bam! it did the trick.
Probably should have checked Intel before going through the reinstall process.
Lesson Learned: for other drivers that Lenovo (or laptop mfr) hasn't updated to Win 10, try checking the component manufacturer, and if no Win 10, try Win 8 or 8.1 drivers.
I post here, in case it might help save others some time in figuring this out.
Back to Anniversary build.
Now that is one thing I have been telling a number of people to try first. Go to the manufacturer's support sites first to look up driver sets for stubborn hardwares rather then remaining stumped with what the 10 installer downloads. Found that with expansion cards as well as onboard. The sound card software reinstalled each new build while the discontinued tuner card PCI saw the same chip used on a PCIe model where the amp for the newer as well as driver worked on the old PCI model. Improvision provided Solution!
Thanks. I found my way through the problem, going a different angle.

But, that is probably where I'd have headed, if, after fresh installing the very first Win 10 build, no success.
Thanks. Nice useful collection there.
Yes. Waited until the last week to upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10 for all our family computers, with the hopes that the bugs were mostly vetted and resolved.

Only one upgraded computer left the security software intact, while the rest failed - major bummer. Not much from the software developer on any issues with Win 10 - unbelievably.
This begat a reinstall from scratch, since the Win 10 auth code remains valid with the machine.
The security software reinstalled on top of that worked for one computer. Now onto the rest.
Only thing, I can run through these steps being significantly more adept at dealing with these things (though no expert by any means), what does the average joe do? I guess they just buy a new computer.
is there any way to check the iso version before download it with the media creation tool!?
ie: media creation tool available now is numbered 14393.0 but the iso available is numbered 14393.10...
i need the number because i'm on mobile connection and want to know when new iso is available...thanks
Have two 10/7 dual booting machines(main 10Pro/7Ultimate going here along with a 3rd desktop upgraded from 7 Home Premium on the week before last which was finished up after download of the RS1 iso by way of the MC Tool. A 10 laptop running the TH2 when bought new also saw the RS1 update put on as well. Didn't have to replace any hardwares on any of them.
(of course the second desktop used for testing purposes did see a boost from 4gb to 8gb of performance memory last year about this time. )
The only thing you will be downloading for the present time is the Redstone 1 update being the last of the RS1 builds seen lately. From 366 through 393 are all RS1 builds with the last Insider marked 14393.5 that came out the day after the 14393. Essentially the 0, 5, and 10 are the exact same only the latter marked for General Release RTM.
Don't expect the next Insider Preview build to be out instantly but at least a few weeks which there presently is no Tech Bench download site available for the time being and not a general release but developer preview type build as the 14393.0 and 5 builds are. Actually MS should have put 14393.xx on the MC Tool to disspell any confusions.
The version number hasn't changed any since the 1511 became the 1607 several builds back. One fast way to see the version which would be the same as well as the build number was on the 2nd setting up the RS1 update on an immediate VM and simply going into Start>Settings>System>About to read off both.
That's the quick and easy since the MC Tool is totally automatic and displays no preview before online update, media creation, or saving "windows.iso" to local folder on local drive(internal or flash drive even). The MS W10 download pages for the 10 iso being seen at two different sites also lack that information. The Insider Preview program or MSDN however is where to look for checksum and other information as a rule. unless specified in the Windows Experience Blog.
Right-clicking the link in Chrome, and selecting "Open link in incognito window" also works.
It seems to surrounded mainly by the latest tracking protection offered on the browsers having problems. You will also note this is being seen with mostly open source FF based as well as Google based Chrome or off of the UNIX platform to an extent while IE and Edge wouldn't see this. hhmmm... hint hint by MS?
Stupidly enough, FF only offers tracking protection in a private browsing session unless some advanced config is done, so trying in a regular session should not cause problems in that respect.
Blocking third party cookies have the same results as it's how tracking protection works, by blocking some of these cookies. However I do block all third party cookies and got no problems while trying to access the page...

Does this article from NeoWin appear to sound legit? It cites that a staged download page was accidentally put online, but hastily removed. If it's correct, it appears that a 32-bit build will be available.
