For non MCT sources this may be an option:
Create bootable USB installer if install.wim is greater than 4GB

For those that have larger flash drives this is another option:
    Ventoy

Is the wim for this version greater than 4GB then?

If it is then there is an alternative procedure for coping with that -
    Create Edition-specific Fat32 InstallUSB - [my post #555] - TenForumsTutorials

The .wim for most versions tend to be larger than 4GB, I would expect 20H2 to be no different.

The .esd for 20H2 that the MCT makes is still less than 4GB (just) and will fit on Fat32. I's just that the total file size for a 'both architectures' ISO made by the MCT is now too large for an 8GB flash drive.

    Bree,

    Thanks.

I retired my only Win10 Pro x86 computer shortly after it could not take Ver1803. So my x64-only ISOs might be extractable to my aging pile of increasingly underused 8GB USB sticks for some time to come.

I have install.wim files because I use TechBench for my ISOs. The MCT always wants me to turn off metered networking and I can't be rsed to do so.
    - I make Home-only, x64-only InstallUSBs because that's all I need now.
    - I'll try the 20h2 ISO in the next few days as a test. I probably won't install it for ages yet.

Up to v2004 the x64-only MCT ISO was small enough to fit on a 4GB usb, now the 20H2 one is just a little too large to fit. My ageing pile of 4GB (or smaller) USB's are now relegated to mainly being used as Macrium rescue drives (less than 1GB required).

I still have a netbook happily running x86 2004 plus a number of x86 VMs, so the dual ISO is the one I like to use.

Yes...and a '4.7GB' DVD is no longer viable to burn to...

USB is faster anyway. My Usb 3 stick usually installs Windows in 5 minutes.

Used a DVD+R DL ( 8,5 GB) for burning the ISO , made by the Creation Tool .
Then made the Recovery-CD with the DVD , inside Windows ...........

Thanks for the reply, but i just can't be arsed with that - I'll use a double layer DVD instead.
