I didn't do that - used Firefox.
Would IE11 (am in W7) suffice to download it properly?
If not I can boot into one of my remaing 10's and try creating the media there.

It worked best for me using Microsoft Edge, but as long as you can do steps 4 onward it'll be fine.
Shawn I got to Step 3 OK but I see nothing resembling that web page in Step 4. Which button do I click to get there?
Sorry for being so dense but my eyesight is getting so bad I could have easily missed something.
Got there OK but I don't see the choice of downloading. I think it's because a) I'm not an Insider and b) W10 Pro is no longer downloadable from MS.
Did you select Micosoft Edge - Windows 10 Mobile in the User agent string drop menu in the F12 window to then see the download option at step 6 in Microsoft Edge?
