Gotcha.

The modern style context menu is used for the taskbar. I'm not sure there's a way to apply that to the classic context menus like on the desktop.

If you have a touch screen and using touch to open the context menu, it will have more spacing in the context menu.

So, if the context menu widen, when using a touch screen device, it has to be possible to make them always wide, no matter what the input method is... at least I think so.

The width of the context menu is determined by the length of the longest text in the context menu.

The width of a touch context menu is the same, but has more spacing between the context menu items to make it easier to tap on an item.

If wanted as a workaround, you could make the text size larger in menus or everywhere to help with spacing.

Just to confirm, is this on a tablet device or with tablet mode turned on?

I'm always on desktop and confirmed Tablet Mode is off. I recently reinstalled Windows from refresh too, although I don't know if any of the endless tweaks I've applied so far may have caused it to fail.

If you have some 3rd party tweaking/customization app installed, it could override.
