I was wondering if anyone knows what the difference between the value 2 and 26 is? I'm aware that a value of 2 means windows decides rather its short interval or long interval and the middle windows decides and the last part means it favors programs. But which value favors/ gives a higher boost
    to programs?

    2 or 26 (hexadecimal)?

    Hello Christopher,

Technically, but 2 and 26 are suppose to favor programs. There shouldn't be any performance difference between the two.
