Are you able to select the PowerPoint 2010 .exe file from the Open with context menu of a .pps file?

This is the path for the PowerPoint 2016 .exe file in a 64-bit Windows 10 that should be similar to help.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\POWERPNT.EXE
I found the powerpnt.exe file but I don't know what to do with it, other then pin it to Start.

You should be able to select the .exe file when using "Open with" context menu from a .pps file to set PowerPoint as the default app.

In Open with, you should be able to scroll down and/or click on More apps for a Look for another app on this PC link to be able to browse to and select the .exe.

Yeah Brink, I know. This is the results of Open with on a .PPS file:

Do you see "Look for another app on this PC" when you click on "More apps" and scroll down?

    Thanks again Brink!

I tried that earlier and couldn't find the .exe file, and of course forgot about it.

Accidently associated .AAE with MS Paint.
Would like it to be set to nothing again.

    (Windows 10 Pro x64 – Version 1607)

    Many Thanks.
