Turn On or Off Xbox Game Bar in Windows 10  

So this gamebar presence writer.exe still luanching with every game despite this disabled and I have removed most the xbox apps

For me, the Game Bar (Win+G) process uses the GamePanel.exe file instead.

Do you have some 3rd party app installed that could be the source of the writer.exe file?

no i do not, and ipretty sure i removed the gamebar app ui thing

There is alot bugs in creator update so this might be why too

I look at those .reg entries no such registry entry exsists in creator update

well i ran that and no dice proc of Gamebar presence writer.exe stillt here and still run when any game starts I dont think it part of the game bar cause xbox APP is the game bar and I had it removed for long as i can remember and there was no such proc starting up till, i installed creator update

system32 folder the file is signed for by microsoft
