Turn On or Off Auto Start Magnifier before Login in Windows 10

    Dan @danw700,

    I'm having issues with the context menu. It will kill Magnifier, but for some reason Magnifier will automatically start the next time you get prompted by UAC for something.

    Are you able to click/tap on the red X close button on Magnifier when it's on?

    So far, that may be easier to do than right clicking and clicking on a context menu item with this bug.
