Open New Application Guard Window in Microsoft Edge

    I have Windows 10 Pro.
    After the latest upgrade to 1903, application guard does not open, I get error code 0xc03a0019.
    Application guard worked fine on the previous version before 1903, as I used it several times.
    Any suggestions on how to get it working again?

    For me, it has been borked since the cumulative update right after the 1903 upgrade

    Is it possible to use Edge in MDAG-only by default?
    Meaning, have it activated as soon as I open the browser.
