    Hello @Brink

I think, Enable or Disable Reserved Storage in Windows 10 should be added here.
    It's a 7GB 'mountain', a little bit useless, imo.

    THANK YOU for everything here!!!

For the dism commands make sure there is a / before cleanup-image
    dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Step #14 has information on deleting: $Windows.~BT folders

The $Windows.~WS folder can also be deleted:
    Can I delete $Windows.~BT & $Windows.~WS folders?

In this thread the OP asked about deleting the whole Panther folder:
Is safe to delete the C:\Windows\Panther folder ?

    Thank you.

The $Windows.~WS folder wasn't included in being deleted for me when using Delete previous versions of Windows.

I'll look into a separate tutorial for it.

If you delete the $Windows.~WS folder, it is recommended to also delete the Windows.old and $Windows.~BT folders to free up additional hard drive space.

Could have added the the windows/servicing/LCU folder contents

LCU (Latest Cumulative Update) not really related to the $Windows.~WS folder.
