Yes, I have it turned on, should I disable it?

No. It needs to be turned on in order to have a history for Inline AutoComplete.

Just to note, Inline AutoComplete only works when you have already previously typed and opened from Run since it's history based.

I must admit that I'm not sure why it's not working for you with everything set as per the tutorial.

As a test, does it work properly in another account on the computer?

As a test, toggle off and on Let Windows track app launches to improve Start and search results to see if it may work afterwards.

It will clear the history, so inline autocomplete won't show until the next time you open the item.

I'm pretty sure that I lost Inline Autocompletion when I was forced(ish) to "upgrade" to 20H2

Finding it in "Internet Options", well thanks MS, great </sark>

But real thanks to tenforums (/genuine>
