I tried the cleanup command as shown below which stopped at 20% and reported it had completed successfully. What's happening here?

Hi all...
I noticed that each time I'm running the DISM sequence checkhealth, scanhealth, restorehealth (if necessary), Sfc /scannow (not sure for this last one), the WinSxS folder size increases continuously (hundred of Megabytes at a time, even if restorehealth is not run!). I find this extremely worrying. Well, is there a trick with gpedit or a registry hack to delete this 30 days delay, blocking me to cleanup the WinSxS folder after running a checking test?
Thks for any answer.
Kind regards,
B.B.
