    I forgot to mention I don't ever run Windows under Microsoft live accounts. Consequently, on computers with WindowsApps, when I run the Store (or Mail, Calendar, etc...) it is first asking for Microsoft credentials. I suspect this is what prevents the Store, although correctly installed and registered, to work in LTSB. It may not call whatever routines are required for authenticating the Store app to Microsoft Store site. Of course, this is just a wild guess....
    You could sign in to only the Store with your Microsoft account to see how it does afterwards.

    @Brink
    Thank you! I know how to access the Store with a local Windows account (I always did ). I was just saying I suspect the routines required to ask for Windows Live credentials and connect to the Store servers are missing in LTSB. It may be one of the reasons why the Store is not working, even though (apparently) correctly installed and registered.

    Edit
    I'm wrong, the routines to ask for Windows Live credentials and to connect to Microsoft are there and working. One of the two apps that come installed with LTSB is Windows Feedback. I just checked, it asks for credentials and connects to Microsoft Live fine. It must be something else missing to have the Store working in LTSB.

    Hello chuoi123, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

    You might see if running the command in an elevated command prompt instead may work for you instead.

    thanks for your help, but it still show the same error. I'm worrying my account has not full access permission to Windows Partition. When I replaced owner of that partition with my Microsoft account, some folder promt error like access denied or fail to owning.

    This method help me reset Store app as expected. But my main issue still here: I can't open any Store app like Weather, Sticky Notes or Store. App's windows opened and then closed immediately. I'm trying some method in this Forums like use Local Account, reset or reinstall app with setting and command and of cause some method in this thread.

    In that case, step 2 in OPTION ONE below may help with the other apps.

    This is error I receive when following step 2. To Reinstall and Re-Register All Windows Apps for Current Account Only. How can I work around with AppXManifest.xml file? Thanks for your enthusiasm.

    Well, it seems we're down to possibly having to do a repair install to fix them without losing anything.
