    Hello hexaae, :)

It will not affect any other app than the Store.

Tried all of points previously made, however, still keep getting error code:-0x80004005,and it does not open, stating that there is a problem at Microsoft end.
    Time zone appears Ok.
In respect of reinstalling, i would loose all additional programs and a multiplicity of games, which would take 1 to 2 weeks to reinstall.
To hell with that solution, easier to do without the App Store.

I don't see anything wrong with the command in your screenshot. It may be that a break in the command line is being entered when copied into the command prompt. See if copying and pasting the command from below may work without the code box.
    PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command “& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + ‘\AppxManifest.xml’ ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}”
When I try running this I get this:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + ‘\AppxManifest.xml’ ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be registered.error 0x80070005: While processing the request, the system failed to register the windows.integrityExtension extensiondue to the following error: Access is denied..NOTE: For additional information, look for [ActivityId] ff6825c2-6872-0001-03d5-68ff7268d201 in the Event Log or usethe command line Get-AppxLog -ActivityID ff6825c2-6872-0001-03d5-68ff7268d201At line:1 char:97+ ... fest.xml’ ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manife ...+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + CategoryInfo : WriteError: (C:\Program File...ppxManifest.xml:String) [Add-AppxPackage], IOException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : DeploymentError,Microsoft.Windows.Appx.PackageManager.Commands.AddAppxPackageCommand

I had already tried that suggestion.

I finally got it fixed using Tweaking.com's Windows Repair, focusing on Store issues.
