I was afraid that from what you said below appears to be the issue then. It's never a good idea to take ownership of the entire Windows drive like that. Usually the only way to fix this is to reset or refresh Windows. I was hoping a repair install would help instead.

I have been following the suggestions in order to re-install Store that I did delete by mistake.
The only way to get Install Store again was doing this, for "All Apps for All Users/Accounts" : Apps - Reinstall and Re-register in Windows 8 and 10 - Windows 10 Forums

I wish Microsoft would get this fixed. Have the same problem on one of my PCs, can't access the Store. I'm going over to read the long repair install with an in-place upgrade thread.
