If your Windows C: drive partition was corrupted AOMEI Partition Assistant during the resizing attempt there is not much that can be done to fix. You have to copy the files that you want out of it and then reinstall Windows. Right now, though, you have two efi system partitions and we can't tell for sure exactly which one the computer is trying to boot from because they are both labelled the same in BIOS. That's why I suggest you delete all the partitions after the Windows partition so we get back down to 1 EFI system partition and then we'll know what the computer is booting from.

Okay thank you for explaining, ill delete the partition's after the windows partition and tell you what i see when i boot my pc

    Lis par now shows:
    Partition ### Type Size Offset
    --------------------- --------------- ------------ ----------
    Partition 1 System 100MB 1024KB
    Partition 2 Reserved 16MB 101MB
    Parition 3 Primary 476GB 580MB

I now do only have the 2 boot options of the USB flash drive and the Windows Boot Manager.
The Windows Boot Manager shows the blue screen with recovery in the top left

Try one more time assigning the 100MB EFI System Partition a drive letter and running the bcdboot command. If that fails, I would start a thread in the Installation and Upgrade section and get the attention of other members who are more skilled at possibly repairing the Windows partition offline.

One other thing to try would be:
    chkdsk C: /f

Replace C: with the drive letter assigned to the Windows partition.
But I'm really afraid the failure of AEOMI Partition Assistant to complete the resizing process has corrupted the Windows partition.

When you have a drive letter assigned to the EFI System Partition, and the Windows partition, you can also try this:
    Code:
    sfc /scannow /offbootdir=F:\ /offwindir=C:\Windows
The offbootdir will get the drive letter assigned to the EFI system partition and the offwindir will get the drive letter assigned to the Windows partition.

I ran the bcdboot command after naming the volume to S again, when i booted it, it went to the same blue screen with recovery small in the top left.
I ran the chkdsk command, it went through 3 stages and said "Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems. No further action is required."
It did say that it "Failed to transfer logged messages to the event log with status 6.".
And last, "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service." Showed up when i tried the sfc /scannow... command.

Any other idea from your side based on this information? Or is it time to start a thread in the Installations and Upgrade section?

in the video on how to change from MBR to GPT in windows 10

it never says how to d/l PE to a flash drive so you can install PE as bootable from the flash drive and how to open the d/l to the exact directory so you can boot from this flash drive and the steps needed
i myself would like a more detailed way on how to change it

As you will see this is page 30 of a tutorial
What you do not explain is what you wish to use WinPE for
Presuming it is for the purposes of the tutorial
TO convert MBR to UEFI without data loss

    Please see
    OPTION TWO
To Convert Windows 10 from Legacy BIOS to UEFI at Boot

    - this is done from the Cmd Prompt at boot - labelled the X -prompt as shown on the image under that heading
which is the same as using a WinPE boot disc, made as below.
WinPE in the context of the tutorial may be referred to as the Windows recovery environment cmd prompt - opened at boot
Open Command Prompt at Boot in Windows 10

TAKING the precaution of course - as with all operations of such nature - to recover in case it does not work, of a full system image using Macrium Reflect free for example
Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect

In answer to your direct question
Create a WinPE USB or ISO

You would be best advised if you have further queries to start your own new thread on this issue.
Rather than relying on someone seeing your post on this 30 page thread which as I said was the tutorial on the issue.

You can just use the standard Windows 10 installation USB flash drive. At the first screen where it asks for language and keyboard, press Shift + F10 to open a command prompt. You will find mbr2gpt in the \Windows\System32 folder of your Windows installation and you can run it from there.
