Actually before i go throught the steps i should probably mention that "D:" is now System Reserved, and volume 3, doesnt have a letter and it shows as "hidden" under the info column, and it's the 300MB EFI.
Can i still go on with the steps you sent me?

You are going to have to go into BIOS settings now. Look at the boot priority list. Delete the existing Windows Boot Manager and add the new one that we created.

    The 3 boot options UEFI:
Generic Flash Disk 8.07, Partition 1 (30000MB) (i think this is the USB)
    Windows Boot Manager (M1: INTEL <modelname> )
    Windows Boot Manager (M1: INTEL <modelname> )

Any idea on how to know what option is the one im supposed to prioritize?

Well, if it is failing the way it is now, reverse the bottom two.

Or go back into diskpart and delete every partition that is after your Windows partition.

Okay so there just randomly was a new boot option but it also gave the "recovery small in the top left corner and pc turns off after a while" screen.
When i went back to the BIOS the same boot option was gone.

Here the list of the options with what it does (including the boot that i can't see now):

    1. UEFI: generic flash disk (USB flash drive)
    2. Windows Boot Manager (M1: INTEL...) (shows blue screen with recovery small in the top left)
    3. Windows Boot Manager (M1: INTEL...) (starts asus automatic repair)
    4. Windows Boot Manager (**doesn't show a drive, went to the blue screen, im guessing because it didn't boot and it went to option 2 as the second boot option)

I have to go to work. I would try getting back into diskpart and deleting any partition after (higher than) your Windows partition.

So ive had my exams and now i've been just looking at stuff trying to understand what i can do to not lose my files, and i figured out that there is no files in my D:\Windows\System32\config\RegBack directiory.
Might just be something that was already obvious to you guys but thought it was worth mentioning. Another thing is that the new boot that i made at the front of the drive (we called it S: before) doesn't have a letter anymore when i look at:
    diskpart
    lis vol

Anyways, what would you suggest me to do now? I can remove all the partitions after the windows partition but the partition on which the non-recoverable boot is on will be gone, and the newer boot again, just shows a blue screen with recovery small in the top left corner.
Also maybe worth mentioning, pressing on enter in that recovery screen makes it weirdly reload, where i can see the asus logo for less than a second, as if im restarting the pc, and after im back to the blue screen.
