I do notice that it's only a 64x64 pixel .ico file instead of 256x256 pixel.

A 64x64 may not show with larger icon sizes.
thats not issue. they worked last time very well before i needed install that windows 10 again and now they not worked. send me one bigger ico.file because i can't find any bigger than 64x64..

You're correct. 64x64 is what Windows uses by default now. I was thinking the old 256 usage.

After more testing, your .ico worked for all icon sizes except "Small icons", "List", and "Details" view layouts.

    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\{B4BFCC3A-DB2C-424C-B029-7FE99A87C641}\DefaultIcon]
    @="\"C:\\Users\\Brink\\Pictures\\imageres-175.ico\""
Just to verify, are your .ico files unblocked at the location you have them saved and referenced in the registry?

If you haven't already, you might test having the .ico file in your account's Pictures folder like mine above to see how it works.

If you still have them referenced in the registry for the folder icon, the image will need to remain in the saved location.

If you delete a referenced image, it will break the icon on the folder.

I just recently downloaded and installed a free icon pack and some of the icons didn't change like others did. The icons that didn't change are icons that I have customized in regedit how do I undo the regedit icons I placed in there. I have had the icons like this for a long while and don't have a restore point for them. So is there a easy way to fix this issue.
