Change Icons of Folders in This PC in Windows 10

Actually, I just figured out why it wasn't wroking. I had my name capitalized when, for some reason my computer name isnt.
So it should have been "C:\Users\aaron\Desktop\Progams\Icons" instead of "C:\Users\Aaron\Desktop\Progams\Icons"

The only other problem is that the two folders you see (Documents & Pictures) won't change. Is there a reason for this?

That's good news so far, but there shouldn't be any reason why it wouldn't work on those folders as well.

Simply has no effect.

I wish I could say yes, but I can't since it works for me without issue and can't reproduce what you guys are experiencing.

Double check the steps to see if there may have been any mistakes made while doing them.

If they look ok to you, then please go ahead and post screenshots showing what you have set to see if anything may stand out.

It looks like you have customized File Explorer. If you used a 3rd party skinning type program to do so, it may be preventing the icon changes from working properly.

I noticed a space in the full path of the icon file. You might see if wrapping the path in quotes may help.
