but when i open gpedit.msc i get always a warning namespace 'microsoft.policies.sensors.windowsLocationProveder' is already defined as a namespace target for another file in 'archive

i try ti fix it Reset_Local_Group_Policy.bat ,but this error/warning come up everytime
I'm not sure how to sort the gpedit issue, but it's unrelated to this tutorial.

Hello Brink, I'm getting the same error message.
It has something to do with the Geolocation-WLP-Adm.admx file
This happened once updated to 1511!!!

    Any idea? Thanks

I'm afraid I don't know either, but it would be best to create a new thread for that issue since it's unrelated to this tutorial.

    Hello drugo, :)

What would be better would depend on what you want or need.

B - has any of this been updated of late? the option in Advanced Properties / Hardware / Device installation has changed. it no longer says anything about 'driver' - maybe because it never worked on versions prior to 1511 anyway.
This issue of preventing Win10 from loading known bad drivers for devices is a plague down here at the SOHO level. I can't in good conscience put it in production for people who have no technical know-how if I know good and well that a device is going to be clobbered and then the customer is going to assume that the tech [me] is to ignorant to put up with.... which may be the case now that I think of it :)

    Hello Cognus,

Yep, it had been updated at the tutorial link in OPTION THREE, but I just forgot to update the screenshot here.

    Hello unko, :)

This would only apply to Windows Update and not for apps.

If you like, you use the tutorial below for automatic app updates instead.
