    Today, my Windows Update MiniTool has found 'Security Updates', but Windows Update still says 'Your device is up to date', as shown below. I use Home Edition.

    Not all updates apply to all pcs. Check your installation history - you probably already have then installed. What is your current build?

    That looks out of date. Your screenshot shows last checked was last Sunday, the 3rd. Those updates you show are the regular monthly Patch Tuesday cumulative updates. For FCU, the current level is 16199.98. Click check for updates, see what happens.

    This thread deals with disabling automatic updates, and the commands in post #473 are intended to disable them.

    You disable them and then wonder why in post #481 why the update now button just shows you are up to date?

    Disabling updates can use all sorts of issues. It is a bad plan.

    Agree, especially since the missing ones are security updates. If your intention is to stop driver updates or feature updates, there are other methods.
