    Spoke too soon. It just started working. What the hell.

    EDIT: I'm using Pro x64.

    I couldn't get it to work with the .REG file, so I did it in Group Policy.

    It appeared not to work either, but after 15 minutes, it kicked in. It's not as instantaneous as previous versions were. I wonder why. I even did a GPUPDATE /FORCE, and it changed nothing.

    It can sometimes take a bit to kick in. Especially if Windows Update was already downloading something.

    I unblocked it and merged the reg file and restarted the computer. But still did not work for me.
