Hey Shawn, I have downloaded the Aero_Lite_(white-text)_theme.zip for both current account and for all accounts. It does not matter which one I install I never get white title bar text. It is always black. For that matter any theme based on Aero_Lite has always had black text in the title bar on my system. Any ideas what might cause this to happen?

Hello @tracit99, :)
It doesn't appear to change the color anymore for me either.
You might see if you may be able to use the method in the tutorial below to change the title bar text color to what you wanted instead.
Change Title Bar Text Color in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Customization Tutorials
Hmm, changing the title bar text color doesn't appear to be working anymore in build 16184 for me.
Windows keeps on using its defaults.
Re: "Please go ahead and post a screenshot showing what you are seeing ... to see if anything may stand out. Include a screenshot of your theme and color settings as well."
Shawn's tutorial examples achieve almost all of what I wanted -- a window titlebar color with white text on it, and both date and time displayed with white text in the toolbar with small icons. This is done by combining Shawn's Aerolite theme (sorry, no thick borders) with a font change from Segoe UI to Arial Bold. Please see attached screen shot.
I think I've pushed this approach far enough to satisfy my immediate needs. So kudos to Shawn for showing a way forward. I'll mark it all Successful, and if anyone else can improve this I'd love to hear about it.

To anyone who can help me. In my post White Titlebar Text & White Day/Date With Small Toolbar Icons, I noticed my screenshot never got posted, so I went through all the setup files again and reposted, but it still doesn't show in the message's posted version, although in the Preview Post version everything, .png file included, displays exactly as I expected.
Therefore, I conclude I must be doing something wrong in attaching my .png picture; but I cannot figure out what my error might be. Can someone please show me the error of my ways?

Hello RetiredEngineer, :)
It sounds like you may not have gone back to the paperclip icon after uploading the image to attach it in your post.
