Qttabbar by Quizo (free) (Google) is the only program I know of that acts as an addon to file explorer that allows you to change background colours. (It adds tabs and a lot of other features too). No idea how that looks with a dark theme.
Otherwise look for themes (see Customisation section, Google), or Windowblinds by Stardock.
See SMACC, for example, by Superfly here. (just search for it) - utility to set colours - not file explorer.
Width- you might try this free tweaker (reputable with full explanations)
Example of file explorer background colours (you can choose any colour)
Thank you!!
I see the the "retro", and native, Aero Lite theme almost worked for me :/
But i use Windows(Windows 10 latest build) Dark mode, the only thing i want to change is the Address bar from explorer, which is white in Aerolite theme, even using dark mode...
So the color font is white(because of Dark mode), but the background is also white
Before trying 3th party apps
I would like to know if i can change the Address bar font to black, or the Address bar background to white
I suggest, as this is likely to run on and is not pertinent to this tutorial, to attract relevant attention you start your own thread. I don't use a dark theme, so cannot comment further.
