Your registry screenshots indicate you will need to use step 6 in option 4 for default to be able to use option 1.

but just to clarify, as I already wrote/mentioned here in my earlier post, changin the Message Editior Interface from the 'Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing' to 'Standard Editor', that fixed the issue without turning off this 'Enhance Attachment Uploading' option that you mentioned.

So what'd you say on this?
