Did you run SFC from within Windows and not at boot?
If not, then run SFC /SCANNOW again in Windows, then see if you may get details afterwards.

It's showing that some shortcuts in your Start menu -> All apps folders have a hash mismatch. If the shortcuts still work, or you don't use them anyway, this is nothing to worry about.
ok.. well i can still run those apps from the search bar.. none of them have shortcuts in the "all apps" list.
i just wonder what will happen if i ever have real system issues and need to do a repair like this..
may have to do the install/repair method..
btw.. if i ever did use the install/repair method.. would any registry tweaks / process disabling etc remain intact or does it all get set back to default ?
and thanks very much for your support Brink..
the fast responses have been fantastic.
Yep, a repair install would fix Windows. It will depend on the tweak, but you may have to redo some of them.
Hello fracking4oil, :)
Try using an ISO from MS Tech Bench that will have a Install.wim file instead. They usually work better.
