Maybe just got lucky, but worked ok on CU.

    Code:
    C:\Users\dhubb\Desktop>dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.15063.0

    Image Version: 10.0.15063.0

[==========================100.0%==========================] The restore operation completed successfully.

Do you have a link to any article about it? Must have been internal to MS, cause no updates here.

Yes, it was internal, no updates required.

    I saw it on reddit where a Microsoft employee confirmed it. May Windows 10 Cumulative Updates are out! KB4016871 (1703), KB4019472 (1607), KB4019473 (1511), KB4019474 (RTM). : Windows10

Nope. It's been working since today.

I tried it (and other users here on the forum) as soon as KB4016871 (15063.296) came out and it didn't completed successfully.
