The first file on your list at 34.6KB does appear to be a problem, too small in comparison to the other 2 files shown. It may be possible to delete that small one, Copy one of the others to Paste in its place and reboot.
Was a bit of a hassle since I had to take ownership of the file and the folder in order to replace the small file with the file located in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers but what do you know...now both SFC as well as DISM finish off successfully with no error messages.

Wonderful and thanks a lot for pointing me in the right direction how to sort this issue!!

This is an old thread, but I'm sure it's one that is referred to often, so apologies for posting if it's too old--people still seem to be posting. I just wanted to report what happened to me, in case someone else runs into this.

    I had a problem with getting error 87, when running "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth".

I read many places that error 87 often means the command was typed incorrectly, but at first I didn't think that was the case, particularly because of the message I got back: "
The RestoreHealth option is not recognized in this context." IN FACT, I HAD misspelled RestoreHealth as RestoreHealh, but I didn't see it at first--and what's particularly interesting and helped lead me astray in trying to figure out what was wrong, was that Windows apparently knew what I was going for--since it told me right out that "The RestoreHealth option is not recognized in this context." Interesting that it could report this to me, yet could not substitute the correct spelling. My hypothesis before this is that I had already run "SFC /scannow", and "DISM /online /Cleanup-Image /Checkdisk" and neither had found corruption, and (having decided to run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" anyway since several people recommended this) I thought maybe I was getting this message because DISM had already found that there is no corruption.

I eventually realized that I had typed it incorrectly, and RestoreHealth ran normally. Just goes to show that there are so many ways we can mess up without seeing it!

    Thanks,
    Michael

Thanks as always for this. All zeroes on detected corruptions.

Only concern after reviewing the log was:
2019-01-06 01:48:41, Info CBS All CSI corruption was fixed, ensure CorruptionDetectedDuringAcr is clear
2019-01-06 01:48:41, Info CBS Failed to clear CorruptionDetectedDuringAcr store corrupt flag (slow mode trigger). [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND]
    2019-01-06 01:48:41, Info CBS CheckSur: hrStatus: 0x0 [S_OK], download Result: 0x0 [S_OK]
2019-01-06 01:48:41, Info CBS Count of times corruption detected: 0
Should that "failure to clear" concern me?

    Also in DISM log:
2019-01-06 01:47:08, Info DISM DISM Provider Store: PID=7456 TID=17592 Encountered a servicing provider, performing additional servicing initializations. - CDISMProviderStore::Internal_LoadProvider
    2019-01-06 01:47:08, Warning DISM DISM Provider Store: PID=7456 TID=17592 Failed to load the provider: C:\Users\andre\AppData\Local\Temp\5DB17CC1-2F38-4C05-8BD6-05A905A8E5AA\EmbeddedProvider.dll. - CDISMProviderStore::Internal_GetProvider(hr:0x8007007e)
I had the same question for "failed to load the provider."
To be clear no restarts were required and no corruptions detected when I just ran the scan without restoring. Then ran restorehealth and took a look at these logs.

Running the restorehealth command before the scannow command can fix problems that scannow was not able to fix.
If there are any problems in scannow or restorehealth you can perform an in place upgrade repair with the identical iso.
The in place upgrade repair with the identical iso should fix problems with the operating system.
An in place upgrade repair with a newer windows version can fix both operating system and registry problems.

I suspect that the "error" was that there was no error file found. There was no error file created because there was no error detected.

    So all is well.

@zbook i did the scan health before restore health. I see what you are saying about doing an upgrade repair using the iso on my machine v the newest from the W10 site that is good to know.
@DonCuthbert That makes sense. Thank you.

If you like, you can also do a repair install to fix the image file.

    Hello,

I followed the tutorial and still can't fix the issue with "Component store is corrupted".
If you could find a minute to explain to me what I did wrong or what am I missing then I'd be grateful.
I tried doing the fix via Windows Power Shell and CMD but I didn't succeed.
I'll attach DISM logs and screenshots and if there is something else needed please let me know.

PS. "Magazyn składników jest uszkodzony" translates to "Component store is corrupted"
Also, sorry for any grammar mistakes as English is not my mother tongue.
